To protect both the Platform and its users, YUNMA sets out this acceptable use policy. It is an inseparable part of the Terms of Service and, together with the Privacy Policy, defines the rules for using the Platform.
1. Core principles
- Use numbers and codes only to verify accounts you own or are authorised to operate.
- Follow the target platform’s terms and the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Respect others’ privacy and rights; do not collect, impersonate or disclose their information.
2. Permitted uses
- Registering your own accounts on overseas platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Google or OpenAI.
- Completing sign-in, rebinding or security verification for your own accounts, where the target platform allows it.
- Testing verification flows for your own product in development and test environments.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited; violating accounts are banned immediately and we reserve legal action:
- Fraud and false registration: using false identities or forged documents, or providing verification for scams, fake reviews or sham transactions.
- Money laundering and illegal finance: using top-ups, refunds or gift cards for laundering, cash-out, gambling or terrorist financing.
- Bulk account farming: bulk registration, automated account farming, metric inflation, malicious marketing or mass spam.
- Harassment and harm: impersonation, harassment, threats, stalking, or invading privacy and reputation.
- Resale and abuse: reselling numbers, codes or APIs; building scrapers or scripts against the Platform; bypassing risk controls.
- Illegal content: registering accounts to spread illegal, pornographic, gambling, violent or child-endangering material.
- Evading regulation: using the service to circumvent real-name rules, anti-money-laundering, export controls or other regulatory requirements.
4. Number usage limits
- Numbers are temporary and one-time; carriers reclaim them after the order and may reassign them.
- Do not use a number as the sole recovery method for an account or rely on it for long-term notifications.
- For accounts involving funds, identity or important data, verify with an official contact method permitted by the target platform.
5. Enforcement
- For suspected violations, we may rate-limit, restrict purchases, freeze balance or ban the account.
- Losses from canceled orders, failed refunds or frozen balances caused by violations are borne by the user.
- For suspected crimes, we will preserve evidence as required by law and cooperate with police and regulators.
6. Reporting & contact
If you find someone using the Platform for illegal activity or to harm others, please report it. We will investigate promptly and keep reporters’ information confidential.
