Over 1,000 platforms, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Discord, OpenAI, Amazon and Tinder. Choose the service first, then pick a country and carrier with stock.

Your number appears on the order page as soon as the order succeeds, and the page refreshes SMS every 3 seconds. Codes usually arrive within 10–60 seconds; if nothing arrives within 5 minutes you can cancel for a full refund (subject to the notice on the order page).

Yes. If the order times out without an SMS, it is canceled automatically and refunded to your balance. You can also cancel manually before the SMS arrives. Orders that already received a code are not refundable.

Each number is for one platform and one verification. Numbers come from upstream carriers; do not use them for prohibited accounts. Bans caused by misuse are not refundable.

We support USDT top-ups on multiple networks: choose an available network in your wallet and pay the exact address and amount shown. You can also redeem a gift card or contact support for a manual top-up. Once credited, the balance works for any number and never expires.

The number is yours exclusively from the moment you order until it completes or times out. The carrier reclaims it afterwards, so do not rely on it for long-term recovery of important accounts.

Self-service reset is not available yet. Email us from your registered address at support@r2sms.dev with your account email; after verifying your identity, support will help reset it. Sign in and change the password promptly afterwards.

Prices reflect upstream carrier cost and stock for that country/service in real time. Popular countries (such as the US and UK) usually have more stock but higher unit prices; less common regions may be cheaper, though success rates and stock fluctuate. The buy page shows each carrier's price, stock and historical success rate live.

With this option the system picks a carrier with enough stock at a lower price. If you prefer a specific number range or carrier, choose one from the list. Some countries have long carrier lists, so check success rates first.

Normally the number is assigned within seconds and shown on the order page. If it stays at “Assigning number” for over a minute, upstream may be delayed — refresh or wait a moment. If no number arrives after 5 minutes, the order fails automatically with a full refund.

Keep the order page open to receive codes automatically; it syncs SMS with the server every 3 seconds. Refreshing pauses when you switch tabs or lock the screen, then resumes and syncs immediately when you return.

After on-chain confirmation, automatic detection usually completes within 1–3 minutes. In manual mode, staff verify after you submit the TxID, typically within minutes. Transfer before the order expires; late transfers may not match automatically.

To uniquely identify your payment on the public chain, the system adds a random decimal tail to the base amount (e.g. 14.37 USDT). Transfer the exact amount shown; sending more or less may prevent automatic crediting.

No. Top-up addresses support TRC20 (Tron) only. Do not use ERC20, BEP20 or other networks; funds sent otherwise cannot be recovered.

Gift cards are usually issued through official campaigns, resellers or support. Only obtain them from official channels; cards from unknown sources may be disabled or fraudulent.

Yes. If no SMS arrives before the number expires, the order becomes “Timed out” and the full amount is refunded to your balance automatically; see the wallet transactions for the record.

No. Once an SMS arrives the number has served its verification purpose and the order is non-refundable; it completes automatically when the validity ends. The message stays visible on the order page.

Instantly. The balance increases as soon as the cancellation succeeds; check the wallet page or transactions. If the refund shows but the balance looks unchanged, refresh the wallet page.

No. Each number is for one platform and one verification, and is reclaimed when the order ends. Do not use it for multiple sign-ups or long-term use.

Some platforms apply strict risk controls to virtual numbers; acceptance depends on their policy, not on whether the code arrived. We do not guarantee successful registration or account safety. Losses from platform bans are not refundable (failed code delivery that meets the refund rules is still refundable).

Use the service for lawful purposes only. Fraud, money laundering, bulk account creation, harassment and similar behaviour are prohibited; violating accounts are banned and we will cooperate with authorities when required. You are responsible for your own use.
