These terms form the agreement between you and YUNMA (“the Platform”) regarding the virtual-number verification service. By registering, signing in, topping up or ordering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you disagree, stop using the Platform.
1. Service description
The Platform provides assisted one-time SMS verification: after you choose a platform, country/region and carrier and pay, an upstream carrier assigns a temporary number to receive the registration or sign-in code. Ownership and control of the number remain with the upstream carrier.
- The Platform is not a telecom operator, does not sell phone numbers, and does not provide long-term rentals, number transfers or registered numbers.
- Availability depends on upstream channels; prices, stock and success rates are those shown live on the buy page.
- SMS content is sent by third-party platforms. The Platform only displays it in sync and does not guarantee its authenticity.
2. Account & security
- Register with a valid email address and keep your account and password safe.
- Accounts are for your own use only and must not be sold, rented, lent or shared.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including top-ups, orders and gift-card redemptions.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support.
3. Top-ups & balance
- Balance is denominated in CNY and may only be used to buy numbers. Withdrawals, transfers and cash conversion are not supported.
- Top-ups support USDT on multiple networks and gift cards. Always transfer the network, token, amount and address shown. The Platform is not liable for losses caused by wrong amounts, networks or addresses.
- Balance does not expire, but may be frozen while an account restriction is investigated.
- Credited top-ups are non-refundable. If the Platform cannot provide the service, contact support to discuss a resolution.
- Gift cards are single-use. Do not obtain cards from unofficial or unknown sources.
4. Purchases & refunds
- Order prices are calculated live on the server; the amount you see at payment is the final price.
- After a number is assigned and before any SMS arrives, you may cancel manually for a full balance refund.
- Timeouts, unavailable numbers and other platform-side failures are canceled automatically with a full refund.
- Orders that have received a verification SMS are non-refundable; use “Complete order” instead. Make sure the target account no longer needs verification before completing.
- The number is reclaimed immediately after completion; the SMS remains visible on the order page.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree to use the service only for lawful account verification and must not:
- Commit online fraud, register false accounts, impersonate others or forge credentials.
- Engage in money laundering, gambling, pyramid schemes, terrorist financing or other illegal activity.
- Bulk-register accounts, farm accounts, inflate metrics, spam or otherwise violate target-platform rules.
- Harass, defraud, invade privacy or harm minors.
- Break into, attack or scrape the Platform, or resell numbers and codes.
- Violate target-platform terms or applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
On discovering a violation, the Platform may immediately restrict or terminate the account, freeze balance and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement. You bear all resulting legal responsibility.
6. Numbers & upstream
- Numbers come from third-party carriers. The Platform does not guarantee long-term availability, account recovery, rebinding or secondary verification.
- Platforms vary in accepting virtual numbers; delivery and account bans depend on their risk controls.
- The Platform does not hold or store third-party account credentials and makes no promise about registration outcomes.
- The Platform is not liable for losses caused by target-platform risk controls, bans or failed verification, except that orders meeting the refund rules remain refundable.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable but are not liable for force majeure, telecom or upstream outages, changes in target-platform policies, or losses caused by your own actions or breach of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for the relevant service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.
8. Changes & termination
- We may adjust, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for business or compliance reasons, with advance notice where possible.
- We may restrict purchases, top-ups or refunds for accounts flagged by risk controls.
- You may stop using the Platform at any time. Account deletion can be requested via support; orders and balance data cannot be restored afterwards.
9. Disputes & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Platform’s operating jurisdiction. Disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise they may be submitted to the competent court there.
